The Role
Handle a diverse caseload within the Magistrates’ Court.
Represent clients at courts in Bristol and beyond.
Provide advice and representation at police stations, including out-of-hours.
Engage in duty schemes and out-of-hours work.
Prepare cases thoroughly and offer practical advice.
Deliver high-quality advocacy, client care, and case management.

About You
Qualified Solicitor with Duty Solicitor accreditation.
Experienced in a range of Magistrates’ Court work.
Confident in police station representation.
Strong advocacy and communication skills.
Able to manage a busy workload independently.
Willing to travel across the region for court and police station duties.
Committed to criminal defence and excellent client service.
