The Role
Manage residential sales and purchases from instruction to completion
Handle remortgages and transfers of equity
Oversee new-build transactions and shared ownership
Deal with leasehold matters and rural/agricultural properties
Conduct land and complex residential transactions
Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
About You
Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE
Strong residential conveyancing experience
Good technical knowledge and client-care skills
Experience managing your own caseload
Familiarity with leasehold, new-build, and shared ownership transactions
Experience with complex or rural property matters is advantageous
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proactive and team-focused approach
