The Role

• Handle a variety of Court of Protection matters, including property and affairs.

• Manage deputyship applications and ongoing deputyship matters.

• Prepare Court of Protection applications and statutory wills and gifts.

• Work under the Mental Capacity Act, engaging with vulnerable clients and families.

• Liaise with the Office of the Public Guardian and other professionals.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while managing your own caseload.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with substantial Court of Protection experience.

• Proficient in technical and drafting skills, with a client-focused approach.

• Capable of managing a busy caseload independently.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Keen interest in advancing your career in this specialist field.
