The Role

• Engage in a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings, and general company law advice.

• Work with SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurs, with a focus on corporate work tied to real estate.

• Exposure to banking and finance matters is advantageous.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5+ years' PQE and strong corporate experience.

• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to managing transactions from start to finish.

• Excellent client relationship skills and ambition to develop business.

• Experience in networking and business development, with supervisory or mentoring experience as a bonus.
