The Role
Manage your own caseload of contentious probate and private wealth disputes
Handle contentious probate claims, Inheritance Act claims, and trust and estate disputes
Address disputes involving executors, trustees, and beneficiaries
Advise private clients and professional advisers
Engage in negotiation, mediation, and litigation as needed
Develop client and referrer relationships to support practice growth
About You
Qualified solicitor with solid experience in contentious probate and private wealth disputes
Proficient in managing complex disputes involving estates, trusts, and beneficiaries
Experience with high-value or complex contentious probate work is advantageous
An existing professional network would be beneficial
