The Role
Advise on will and estate disputes, trust disputes, inheritance and probate claims, and powers of attorney disputes.
Engage in alternative dispute resolution and settlement negotiations.
Manage your own caseload from instruction to resolution.
Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex cases.
Opportunities for advocacy and working with Counsel.
Participate in business development and networking.
About You
Experience in litigation or dispute resolution.
Exposure to contentious trusts and probate work.
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
Strong client-handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Commercial and proactive approach.
Interest in developing relationships and contributing to business development.
Ability to support and mentor junior team members.
