Commercial Property Solicitor – West Sussex

The Role

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.

• Represent a wide range of businesses, investors, developers, and property owners.

• Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, development, and general commercial property work.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm and build strong client relationships.

• Take responsibility for your own matters with support from experienced lawyers.

• Contribute to the team's ongoing growth and development.

About You

• 4+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in a broad range of commercial property matters.

• Confident in managing your own caseload.

• Commercially minded with excellent client and communication skills.

• A team player eager to contribute to a growing practice.
