The Role
Manage your own caseload from initial instruction to conclusion.
Handle non-contentious real estate transactions, including landlord and tenant, leasehold and freehold, property finance, and land acquisition.
Engage in marketing and business development for the department.
Work autonomously with support from colleagues across the firm's offices.
About You
Minimum of 2 years PQE in Commercial Property.
Experience in landlord and tenant, leasehold and freehold transactions, property finance, and land acquisition.
Some residential property experience is beneficial.
Ability to manage a caseload independently.
