The Role
Manage your own commercial property matters with appropriate support.
Advise on landlord and tenant work, sales and purchases, and wider real estate matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial property documentation.
Assist with larger investment, development, and real estate transactions.
Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and other professional contacts.
Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team.
About You
3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property, although experience is more important than the exact level.
Strong landlord and tenant experience.
Good drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
Commercially minded and confident dealing directly with clients.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own caseload.
Experience of acquisitions, disposals, development, or real estate finance would be advantageous.
