The Role
Advise on commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
Handle landlord and tenant matters.
Manage telecoms leases and asset portfolios.
Support strategic occupier and investment matters.

About You
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
Experience in commercial property.
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of client care and organisational skills.
Proactive, flexible, and commercially minded.
Ambitious with a commitment to high-quality legal advice.

£60,000 – £80,000 salary, depending on experience.
