The Role
Advise on a variety of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.
Handle commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
Manage landlord and tenant matters, including telecoms leases.
Engage in portfolio asset management and corporate real estate support.
Work on strategic occupier and investment projects.
Contribute to development and infrastructure projects.
Support team projects and build strong client relationships.
About You
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
Experience in handling commercial property matters.
Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Exceptional client care and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
