The Role
Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, debt recovery, insolvency-related matters, and property-related disputes.
Deliver excellent client service independently and collaboratively.
Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop business through networking and business development activities.
Contribute to the growth and success of the Commercial Litigation team.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial litigation, civil litigation, or related areas.
Background in property law or litigation is advantageous.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proactive in business development and networking.
Committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.
