The Role

  • Manage and develop a broad range of commercial disputes.

  • Handle complex commercial and contractual disputes.

  • Address shareholder, partnership, and company disputes.

  • Resolve breach of contract and other business disputes.

  • Manage professional negligence claims.

  • Engage in insolvency and restructuring-related litigation.

  • Oversee debt and asset recovery.

  • Secure injunctions and other urgent remedies, including freezing orders.

  • Resolve insurance-related disputes.

  • Conduct property and finance-related litigation.

  • Utilise alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and negotiated settlements.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with significant experience in Commercial Litigation.

  • Currently at Partner level or a Senior Associate/Legal Director with a strong case for Partnership.

  • Experienced in handling complex and high-value commercial disputes.

  • Commercially astute, pragmatic, and solutions-focused.

  • Skilled in managing key client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser.

  • Demonstrates strong business development skills and a desire to grow a practice.

  • A confident leader with the ability to supervise, mentor, and support junior team members.

  • Possessing an existing following or client relationships is advantageous but not essential.
