Clinical Negligence Solicitor 0-3 PQE – Leicestershire

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion.

• Advise clients on complex medical negligence claims, including high-value and sensitive cases.

• Draft legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.

• Instruct counsel and medical experts, and analyse medical records.

• Conduct negotiations and work towards settlement where appropriate.

• Maintain excellent client relationships with a focus on empathy and professionalism.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in clinical negligence.

• Proven ability to run a caseload independently.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

• A client-focused approach with sensitivity in handling complex matters.
