The Role
Manage a general civil litigation caseload, including contractual claims, negligence, and simple construction and possession actions.
Support a partner with a high volume of cases.
Work part-time, 2-3 days per week, with potential holiday cover.
Hybrid working model with occasional office or court attendance.
About You
At least two years qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced paralegal.
Capable of handling your own caseload and meeting deadlines.
Able to achieve and exceed targets.
Reside within reasonable travelling distance of North Wiltshire.
