The Role
Manage complex client matters, identifying and analysing legal and commercial issues.
Deliver high-quality, commercially-focused work.
Act as a trusted adviser, understanding client needs and risks.
Develop and maintain both internal and external relationships, converting new business opportunities.
Contribute to business development activities, including thought leadership.
Attend meetings with clients, Counsel, or opposing parties.
Instruct and liaise with Counsel and other experts as necessary.
Support clients by responding to urgent and time-critical queries.
Oversee and mentor less experienced team members.
Contribute to sector and focus groups as required.
About You
Experience managing case loads in financial crime, general crime, and regulatory matters.
Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.
Confident written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supervising and mentoring team members.
Collaborative work style to provide quality service.
Strong organisational skills and flexibility.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent client care skills, working with the wider team to develop client relationships.
