The Role
Manage and develop the finance/accounts function
Oversee financial reporting, controls, and cash flow
Ensure compliance with SRA Accounts Rules
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Enhance finance processes, systems, and efficiency
Provide accurate financial information to senior management
Collaborate with the wider business to support commercial performance
About You
Experience in a legal accounts/finance environment
Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
Confident in managing processes and working with senior stakeholders
Preferably experienced in managing or developing a finance team
