Accounts Manager – Gloucestershire

The Role

• Manage and develop the finance/accounts function

• Oversee financial reporting, controls, and cash flow

• Ensure compliance with SRA Accounts Rules

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Enhance finance processes, systems, and efficiency

• Provide accurate financial information to senior management

• Collaborate with the wider business to support commercial performance

About You

• Experience in a legal accounts/finance environment

• Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail

• Confident in managing processes and working with senior stakeholders

• Preferably experienced in managing or developing a finance team
