The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

• Wills, trusts, and probate
• Estate planning and administration
• Powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
• Tax and succession planning for high-net-worth individuals
• Advising on inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection strategies
• Supporting business development and maintaining long-term client relationships

You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the department.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in private client law
• Experience managing a varied caseload independently
• Strong client care skills and a proactive, professional approach
• STEP qualification (or willingness to obtain) is desirable
• Commercially minded with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
