Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive – Leading Law Firm – Buckinghamshire

A highly respected law firm in Buckinghamshire is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their established and reputable team

The Role:

This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trust creation and management
• Powers of attorney and Court of Protection work

You will work closely with an experienced team, providing tailored advice to clients while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Private Client law
• Have a track record of managing a varied caseload effectively and professionally
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• STEP qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous but not essential
