A highly regarded Top 100 law firm in Kent is seeking a Private Client Partner to join its established and successful Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the practice.

The Role

• Lead on a broad range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Estates, Tax planning

• Advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on complex and sensitive issues.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, while developing new business opportunities.

• Manage, mentor, and support a team of experienced lawyers.

• Contribute to the strategic direction and continued success of the wider firm.

The Candidate

We are seeking a senior Private Client Solicitor ( Senior Associate / Director or Partner ) who can demonstrate:

• Extensive experience in wills, probate, and trusts work.

• A strong track record of client development and referral relationships.

• Excellent technical knowledge with commercial awareness.
