The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of general civil and commercial litigation matters, including:

• Contractual disputes, debt recovery, and professional negligence claims
• Property and boundary disputes
• Consumer law and shareholder / partnership disputes
• Advising and representing clients through negotiation, mediation, and litigation
• Assisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships
