Financial Regulatory Solicitor (2-5 PQE) – London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Financial Regulatory Solicitor to join a prominent law firm in London.

About the Role:

• Position: Join a well-regarded financial services regulatory team, advising a range of clients on domestic and cross-border financial regulation.
• Location: London

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert non-contentious advice on various UK and EU financial services regulations.
• Advise clients in diverse financial sectors such as banks, broker-dealers, asset managers.
• Assist clients with regulatory aspects of M&A, distressed scenarios, the development of financial products, and digital assets.
• Engage with regulatory authorities and assist clients in establishing new entities, business lines, or managing supervisory processes.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2-5 years PQE with relevant UK financial regulatory experience.
• Strong expertise in providing day-to-day regulatory advice, particularly related to financial transactions, payments, fintech, and insurance.
• Ability to manage both internal and external client relationships effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills to fit into a collaborative team.
• A solid career history at a well-regarded law firm, with a strong academic background.
