CORPORATE SOLICITOR, NEWCASTLE-UPON-TYNE – HYBRID ROLE

Our client, a Legal 500 firm in Newcastle-upon-Tyne is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor.

We would encourage applications from 3+ PQE Solicitors upwards, to more Senior Associate level.

In this role, you will work on a broad range of corporate finance transactions for a list of clients across various sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, telecoms, technology and hospitality.

You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with important regional and national clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere. You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this successful firm.
