A prestigious Legal 500 firm in Bournemouth is seeking a talented Corporate Senior Associate or Partner to join its highly regarded corporate team. The Role
You will advise a wide range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporates, across an array of sectors. The work will include:
- Mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
- Private equity and venture capital transactions
- Corporate restructures and reorganisations
- Joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and governance matters
- Business start-ups and commercial structuring
- Leading and mentoring junior lawyers, with involvement in business development and strategic growth initiatives

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE in corporate law (Senior Associate or Partner level)

- A team player with excellent communication and leadership qualities
