Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial property agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Liaising with clients, external parties, and colleagues to facilitate smooth and efficient transaction processes.
• Providing support to senior solicitors and partners on complex commercial property matters as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with 2 year + PQE
• Proficiency in commercial property transactions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team
