This is a highly successful firm legal 500 firms, this firm is set on a course for growth, bringing exciting opportunities for an ambitious candidate.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years PQE and should have grounding in a variety of Corporate commercial matters such as;

Share and Asset sales/purchases

You will also provide general corporate support work to the firm's other departments

General Partnerships/LLPS

Articles of Association
*

Drafting and negotiating Shareholders' Agreements

Joint Ventures
