A well-respected, boutique law firm is looking for a talented employment solicitor to join their busy team based in their South Wales office.

You will work closely alongside a Partner, and must be able to assist on all aspects of employment law work. You also be familiar with the process on a number of employment issues such as unfair and wrongful dismissal, employment contracts and discrimination.

The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law to a good standard, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients of different backgrounds and across various sectors. You must also be willing to get involved with business development and marketing, and must have excellent client-care skills.
