Property Solicitor (5 PQE +)

A rare senior opportunity in Property matters with very real progression potential at a leading, legal 500 firm in Bristol

This is a senior opportunity, and you will need a solid background in Commercial Property with minimum 5 years PQE

The role will require you to conduct and manage your own cases from initial instruction through to conclusion; assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm. You will be dealing with all types of non-contentious real estate transactions, including; leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, leases and renewals, licenses to assign, sub-letting and surrendering leases
